2013 Volleyball Games
INTRODUCTION
Former Professional Basketball Players from the Philippines Jun Carmona, Ruel Bravo and Mike Mustre decided to provide sports and entertainment in UK that will benefit the not only the young talented Filipinos but also Filipinos who are sports enthusiast. They have wealthy experience when it comes to organizing successful and interesting sports and events and would like to share to the community.
Courtside Sports and Entertainment UK Ltd the company formed: aims to promote, organize and develop Sports and Entertainment in the UK. We ensure equal opportunities to play socially or at the highest competitive level. The company aims to be recognised as providing entertainment and sports management whilst promoting equality and good sportsmanship to all.

1.3. Contact During Event
The Event Manager – Jun Carmona with the assistance of Ruel Bravo and Mike Mustrewill be responsible for the overall management of the event. Their role and responsibility includes organising, resourcing, negotiating, financial management, public representation and liaison. They can be contactable throughout the event.
The Event Manager is responsible for:
-the smooth running and coordination of the event.
-the inclusive and welcoming nature of the event for all.
-ensuring that all forms are filled out and details lodged with the relevant authority.
-ensuring that appropriate permission is received before the event goes ahead.For participant below 18 years old
-ensuring sponsors are publically acknowledged where relevant, including at the event and in promotional material.
-advertising the event.
-budget forecasting and financial control.
2. ORGANISING COMMITTEE

3.1. Site Plan
-3 to 4 courts will be in place to accommodate games scheduled
Small parasol will be needed for Courtside committee to store equipment’s needed for the event

3.2. Contingency Plan
4 playing courts will be installed to increase the amount of game to be done to reduce anticipated negative impacts on the event if/when weather changes.
This may be a requirement of approval for the event.
4. INCIDENT MANAGEMENT PLAN
4.1. Event / Incident Control Centre
All Courtside organisers and staff need to be in contact throughout the event through the
Event/Incident Control committee of Philippine Centre and TFC . Organisers may have a representative at the Event / Incident Control Committee to facilitate the provision and dissemination of information.
Event organisers must be able to communicate with the crowd both for public
announcements and in emergencies.
These areas must be accessible to ambulances and other Emergency Service vehicles.

5. Shelter
Shelter and shaded areas should be available wherever patrons or staff and volunteers
(including First Aiders) may be located for an extended period of time and where
weather conditions dictate that it is required.
6. Lighting and Power

7. EVENT PROMOTION AND MARKETING
Event promotion and marketing is one of the most important aspects of the success of the event. Facebook, word of mouth have been the means of our promotion of the event.
