TFC and Philippine Centre ready to break records anew in Barrio Fiesta sa London 2013 with Kapamilya stars Kim, Xian, Maja,Angeline, Richard,Yaya Doris, Vice Ganda and U.K.’s Blake promise to bring the biggest Pinoy event’s tradition of the best entertainment to a new level

It’s all systems gofor the biggest and grandest annual Kapamilya event in United Kingdom – the Barrio Fiesta sa London 2013happening on July 20 and 21. This history-making event organized by the Philippine Centre and The Filipino Channel (TFC) is gearing up for another record-breaking event as it moves to a larger venue, the Apps Court Farm near Hampton Court Palace, and promises to bring eight iconic stars to deliver all-new excitement to the yearly fiesta.
According to Barrio Fiesta Hermano Mayor and Philippine Centre Vice-Chairman of the Board Joseph Pariñas, “Given TFC’s undeniable contribution to the monumental success of the Barrio Fiesta in the last three years and its position as the premier network in Europe and in the world, the network remains to be our top-of-mind media and commercial partner for the 2013 festivities and for the years to come.”

Bringing the Kapamilyabrand of entertainment and fun on both dates are no less than Queen of Teleserye and Movie Theme Songs Angeline Quinto and breakthrough comedienne Tart Rosales aka Yaya Doris of the phenomenal, light-hearted series Be Careful with my Heart. On July 20, Saturday, teleserye Princess Kim Chiu and Kapamilyaleading man Xian Lim of the top-rating teleserye Ina, Kapatid, Anakwill thrill fans of their love team as they perform their signature theme songs. Joining Quinto, Rosales, Chiu and Lim is cross-over music trio Blake. Blake, a group formed on the social networking site Facebook, has earned the interest of both music industry professionals and listeners worldwide (including Hollywood celebrities) for their covers of famous pieces such as With or Without You by fellow European act U2.
On the second day or July 21, Sunday, Quinto and Rosales will be joined by Ina, Kapatid, Anak star and Dance Princess Maja Salvador who will display her MASH steps which are part of a dance showdown she performs every week on ASAP. On July 21, she will own the Barrio Fiesta sa London 2013dance floor with her hip moves.
Newly anointed Phenomenal Box Office Star Vice Ganda (by the 44th Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation Inc. or GMMSFI) will add more color the second day of London Barrio Fiesta where the host, actor-comedian, and concert performer will deliver his iconic lines like “i-Dawn Zuluetamoako”and music hits such as Boom Karakaraka.
Joining the stellar list is Richard Gomez, lead star of the phenomenal teleserye WalangHanggan. Gomez will serenade the Pinoyteleserye fans for the first time at the London Barrio Fiesta.
Marking another first is the launch of the Kapamilya Barrio Fiesta Queen of the Courts, a women’s volleyball tournament managed by TFC in partnership with Philippine Centre’s Sports Organization, Courtside Sports & Entertainment UK Ltd.
TFC and Philippines Centrecontinue to offer a whole new experience as they open more activities for participants such as quad biking, fishing, mini tanks, archery and caravan camping, all at discounted rates for the Barrio Fiesta weekend. Completing the annual event is the traditional Pinoyfare of ethnic song, folk dance plus an exciting food fiesta.
The Barrio Fiesta sa London 2013 is set to create another history at Apps Court Farm near the iconic Hampton Court Palace, Walton-on-Thames Surrey KT12 2EG, UK on July 20 and 21.
